Beyond Measure is a team of therapists and dietitians based in Redwood City, CA, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through personalized outpatient therapy and nutrition counseling. Drawing on evidence-based practices, we tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Our clinicians bring specialized expertise in treating eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and behavioral challenges. - AMFT, ASW, LMFT, LCSW, Psychological Associate, or Psychologist with appropriate registration or licensure to practice in the state of California
- W2 Employee – Part time with increase over time
- Schedule availability adequate to meet the needs of patients (some evenings required; weekends available but not required)
- In person availability from our office in Redwood City, hybrid also available
- Extensive experience in evidence-based approaches for a variety of mental health concerns
- Interest in working in a group practice setting and collaborating with colleagues to promote ongoing learning
- Dedication to providing accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care to patients, as well as fostering this environment within Beyond Measure
- Experience and interest working on, and collaborating with, a multidisciplinary team
- Familiar with HAES/weight inclusive approach and openness to ongoing learning
- Experience with evidence-based approaches to working with children, adolescents, and families with a variety of mental health concerns
- Understanding and experience with the legal and ethical issues, and requirements, that arise when working with children and adolescents
- Specific training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is of interest, though not required
