Therapy intake: 60 minutes – $335
Therapy follow-up: 45 minutes – $250
Couples therapy: 60 minutes – $350
Family therapy: 60 minutes – $350
Nutrition intake: 75 minutes – $310
Nutrition follow-up: 45 minutes – $180

Insurance

Our services are private pay, however, we provide superbills which patients may use to seek possible reimbursement through their insurance provider’s out of network benefits. If you’d like to use this option, we recommend discussing with your insurance provider before your first appointment. Below are a list of common CPT codes we use for services that you can share with your insurance provider when asking about out of network benefits:
90834, Psychotherapy 45 minutes
90791, Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation 60 minutes
90847, Family Psychotherapy 60 minutes
97802, Medical Nutrition Therapy 5 units
97803, Reassessment and Intervention, 3 units

Reduced Fee

We offer a limited number of reduced fee slots. If you aren’t sure whether you can afford our full fee services, please ask us about our availability.

Payment

All major credit cards accepted for payment.
You will put a card on file as part of your intake paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 48 hours’ advance notice of cancellation. Your session time is reserved for you. Your therapist/dietitian is rarely able to fill a canceled session unless they know 48 hours in advance. You will be charged a full session fee with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
